Our Marina Highlights
A first world class full service marina in India, Goa. Marina when fully developed will not just provide round the year safe berthing to yachts and boats but would become a definitive landmark in the state of Goa as well as on the west coast of India.
Our Marina would have 121 slips to accommodate boats and yachts up to 50 Mtr LOA. The total area being developed including berthing basin is Appx 135700 Sqmtr, out of which a total of appx 67700 sqmtr would be available for land based development and 68000 Sqmtr would be a harbour basin which will provide for accommodating 121 slips.
Our Marina would be a full service marina and would provide for complete dry docking and refit / repair services to boats and yachts. Marina service yard will be equipped with fuelling station, slip way as well as wet basin with 600 Ton travel hoist supported by General chandlery stores, repair workshops, paint shop, high pressure jet wash system, dry storage space for yachts on chocks. Marina would also be equipped with latest sewage treatment equipments and would be fully eco-friendly establishment.
With above scope fully delivered, Our Marina would become one of the finest catalyst in employment growth and would be contributing revenue from multiple avenues benefiting Goan economy.
